Once you join the team, we’ll offer you all the support you need.  You can talk to a group leader at any time or link up with an individual mentor who'll help you with any questions or concerns.  We’ll invite you to a progress meeting at least once every twelve weeks to check that you’re happy, that you know what you need to know and that you have the chance to start working towards qualifications. You’ll also be able to access careers guidance and counselling to set up individual learning plans or to help you through any personal problems.  And you’ll meet a wide range of people working in the area who can help you to find opportunities in arts, environment or heritage work.
